Stalley Studio ("Stalley Studio", "I", "me", or "we") operates the website at stalley.studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect, how I use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. If you have any questions, email me at isaacstalley@gmail.com.
Information you provide
I only collect the information you choose to share with me, primarily through the forms on this site:
- Free homepage request (the "Request a free page" form): your name, email, phone number (optional), business name and type, style and feature preferences, and any details you add about your business.
- Files you upload: a logo or photos you attach to your request. These are sent to me by email and used only to design your website.
- Project scope form: additional details about your project, budget, timeline, and requirements.
- Contact form: your name, email, and message.
- Any information you send me directly by email or message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically, such as your device and browser type, approximate location (from your IP address), the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies (described below) and is used to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure my advertising.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Google Analytics 4 — to understand how visitors use the site (such as pages viewed and general usage) so I can improve it.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure and improve my Facebook and Instagram ads and to show relevant ads, which may include showing you an ad after you have visited the site (retargeting).
- Essential cookies — needed for the site to function.
How I use your information
I use the information I collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and design and build your free homepage and any project you request.
- Send you your homepage preview, quotes, and updates about your project.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Measure and improve my marketing and advertising.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect my rights.
How I share your information
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the service providers that help me operate this business, and only as needed:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts the website and securely stores and delivers your form submissions (by email and in a private database).
- Google — provides website analytics (Google Analytics).
- Meta — provides advertising and measurement (the Meta Pixel).
- I may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of myself or others.
Advertising and "sharing" under California law
My use of the Meta Pixel for advertising may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time — see "Your privacy rights and choices" below. I do not sell your personal information for money.
How long I keep your information
I keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver your project, and keep reasonable business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising. This includes residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with similar laws.
To exercise any of these rights, email me at isaacstalley@gmail.com and I will respond as required by law. You will not be treated differently for exercising your rights. You can also control tracking directly:
- Cookies: adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
- Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Advertising: use your Meta ad preferences to limit ad targeting, and industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
- I honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by law.
Data security
I take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International visitors
I operate this business and process data in the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
